We have moved on from lettuce salads to sauteed kale, homemade pickles and an diversity of beans. Tomato vines are bursting with green tomatoes and we will be making sauce, salsa and tomato sandwiches soon. Herbal medicines are steeping and being prepared almost daily. The flowers continue to bloom, attracting pollinators of all kinds. This year’s garden is the most abundant, strongest, healthiest and biodiverse garden we have ever worked with. Thanks pachamama!
