EVENT DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Participants will be taken step by step through the process of preparing a new kombucha brew, the caring and feeding of kombucha cultures and how to add the brew to medicinal teas and smoothies and make it taste great! Samples will be available so bring your own cup. Dan will also discuss the health benefits of home brewed kombucha, its medical interaction in the body, and the differences between home brewed kombucha and the F.D.A. modified “soft drinks” that are available in stores. Bring a healing revolution into your home. Limited kombucha culture “babies” will be available to take home for pre-registered participants (please bring a large jar, one-gallon recommended).
ABOUT DAN FARELLA
Dan is a certified Herbalist, Forager, Theta Healer and World Musician. He leads wild food and medicine tours in the area and has been practicing yoga, meditation, and sacred chanting under several teachers for many years. He is committed to sharing the joy of simple and effective, lasting practice with others and assisting them on their journey to inner awareness and peace.
