Raíces Intro to Bomba Class – Fall 2019

Join Raíces Cultural Center to move and groove to the pulse of the live drums, provided by the center’s folkloric ensemble, in this introductory bomba dance class. Students will learn the history, dances, rhythms and songs of this Puerto Rican folkloric tradition. Participants should wear loose clothing, bring plenty of water and be prepared to break a sweat!

We are currently surveying interested students to determine our class schedule for the fall. Please click the graphic below to take the survey.
