 ARTIST DEVELOPMENT Raíces students showing dedication, focus and talent in a particular area will receive opportunities for further development as an artist. In addition, Raíces works in conjunction with local artists, including the members of the Raíces Cultural Ensemble, to provide them with economic opportunities through participation in grant funded projects and arts related services offered to the organization. Raíces also wishes to support local artists by commissioning visual art work such as murals, paintings and photographs related to the mission and programming of the organization for use in Raíces programming and the Raíces Cultural Archive. If you would like to contribute to the economic development of local artists by making a tax deductible donation meant to commission works by local artists & preserve them in the Raíces Cultural Archive, please make a donation with the designation "Raices Cultural Archive-Artists". |
